Threadhopping: Yes.
Fourthwalling: Ask me first.
Offensive subjects: There's little that will bother me, but if you think something warrants asking, then ask. Better to be safe than sorry.

Hugging this character: Go right ahead.
Kissing this character: I can't say he'll appreciate the attention, but sure.
Flirting with this character: Sure! He might even flirt back, in some cases.
Fighting with this character: It'll be a very one-sided fight, but go ahead.
Injuring this character (include limits and severity): Always PM first. I'm generally going to be okay with him being injured, I just like to hash out details beforehand.
Killing this character: Ask first.
Using telepathy/mind reading abilities on this character: Yes.
Powers:
The ability to render portals at will. These can either be used for instantaneous transport, or as a vacuum (anyone sucked inside one will be deposited at some random location in the city.) The maximum number of portals he can create at one time is two. If he tries to create a third, one of his portals will simply pop out of existence. The portals will destabilize and disappear if not used within five minutes.
He is capable of learning how to render portals in locations where he has no current physical presence. As long as he has some idea of what the place looks like, such as a photograph, he’ll be able to form a portal there. It probably won’t always get him exactly where he wants to go, but it will get him close. He has to be careful, though, because there is the chance he’ll portal himself somewhere dangerous, or into a solid object… which he wouldn’t merge with or anything, but he would walk straight into it. He might also portal himself somewhere else completely by accident, provided the place he intended to go closely resembles it. He could end up at a beach on the other side of the world instead of a beach in Florida, for example.
This is something that will take a very long time for him to do with any accuracy. It's much easier for him to create portals within ten to twenty feet of himself, and holds a lot less risk.
The portals will automatically be made large enough to fit the average adult. There's really no limit to how large a portal can be made, but there is a limit to Krei's concentration and strength, so the larger he makes it, the more chance there is of it destabilizing and popping out of existence. Portals can also be made extremely small, around the size of a thumb. If they're made into a vortex in that state, anything sucked in isn't going to be whole when it reaches the other side.
As long as a portal has been used within that five minute gap, they'll last for a good while. He could go as far as another city without it destabilizing. But, like with the size, the further away from it he gets, the less stable it is, so he would have to make portals on the way to secure the connection. A portal on its own is a lot more likely to destabilize than one with a connection.
I'll take a moment to elaborate on vortexes. At this point in time, he can't will a portal to become a vortex. It's something that's going to happen by accident, perhaps when he's emotional. Getting rid of a vortex is harder than getting rid of a portal, and it's not really something you can just... beat out of existence, so Krei will actually need to focus to get rid of it. It's able to maintain itself without the connection of another portal or Krei's concentration and presence. It, too, has no limit to its size, and without the same requirements as the portals, it could be made to be the size of a building without destabilizing.
Eventually Krei will learn to control these, but they'll always be a bit of a gamble to use since he can be pulled inside just as easily as everyone else.
